Fairy Investing uses the language of investing because people deliberately deploy capital behind ventures they believe can create value.
However, the platform does not currently facilitate equity investments, securities, loans, ownership interests, or promises of individual financial profit.
What is currently supported.
Financial participation may include:
- donations;
- rewards;
- preorders;
- sponsorships; and
- other clearly disclosed non-securities arrangements.
Each venture must clearly state:
- what a contributor is providing;
- whether the contributor receives anything directly;
- what broader returns are anticipated;
- what risks or uncertainties exist; and
- how reported results will be supported.
